Decent armchair, slow support
I picked up one of their velvet armchairs. The chair itself is quite nice for the money, looks good in my living room and seems well-built. Delivery took the full 7 days, which felt a bit long but it did arrive within their stated window. I had a question about the fabric care and tried calling their customer service line, but I was on hold for ages before giving up and using their email form. They did eventually get back to me, but it took a couple of days. So, good product, but the customer support response time could definitely be faster.
My new gaming chair!
I just got the gaming chair and it's incredible! Super comfy and the quality is fantastic. Assembly was a breeze, too. I'm so happy with this purchase. Will definitely be shopping here again for more stuff. Seriously, check them out!
Homcom desk and customer service
I bought a Homcom computer desk from Aosom UK. The ordering process was straightforward on their site, no issues there. It arrived a day earlier than the estimated 5-day delivery, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, one of the screws was missing from the hardware pack. I contacted customer service through their online form and they responded within a day, sending out the replacement part. It took another 3 days for the screw to arrive. Once I had all the parts, assembly was fairly easy, maybe 45 minutes by myself. The desk itself is sturdy and looks good for the price. Overall, a solid experience despite the minor hiccup with the missing part.
Good for garden chairs
I ordered some rattan garden chairs last week. They arrived in about 4 days, which was pretty quick. They look nice on my patio, exactly what I needed for summer. No fuss with the order, just smooth sailing. I'd probably buy from them again.
